We feel strongly about only working with Owners’ Management Companies who want to help themselves. Our experience has taught us the foundation for building a financially strong Owners’ Management Company requires a strong Committee - People who care about the Owners’ Management Company and protecting the value of their properties. Of course, we do not expect the Owners’ Management Company Committee to do any work - that's our job. However, we believe it's really important the Committee are in constant communication with us and therefore have the comfort of knowing their Multi-Unit Development is in safe hands. To help achieve this, regular meetings with the Owners’ Management Company Committee are essential.
