FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT


Financial Management is our number one priority particularly the management and collection of service charges. We undertake responsibility for all aspects of the Multi-Unit Developments finances including: Budget preparation and management, Forecasting expenditure, Banking, Service charge invoicing / statements / debt collection and Financial reporting including Company Accounting. 

Our systems enable us to provide Owners’ Management Company Directors access to our system so that the Directors can review real-time financial information for the Owners’ Management Company. The Directors also have access to reports including Profit & Lost statements, Aged receivables & Income & Expenditure.
