MAINTENANCE SERVICES
Our approach to managing the ongoing maintenance is straightforward and simple. Each year, we agree a maintenance program with the Owner Management Company Board / Committee. We then implement the program and manage it throughout the year. The routine maintenance includes tasks such as; grass-cutting, landscaping, block insurance, common area cleaning, window cleaning, drains and gutter cleaning, light bulb replacement, health and safety checks etc. We also manage ad hoc projects such as exterior and interior painting, interior refurbishment of the common areas, installing automated gates etc.
PLEASE NOTE: OUR FEE IS ALL INCLUSIVE. There are no extra charges for matters that might occur outside normal business hours.
