After buying an apartment, Mark and his neighbours experienced continuous sub standard property management from a long list of Property Management Agents. So he decided to do something about it. Along with some of his neighbours, they could do a much better and a much more cost effective job managing and maintaining the small residential development themselves. Within six months, that is exactly what they did.
They informed the existing Managing Agent that they no longer required their services and introduced formal structures for the management of the residential Multi Unit Development. Within a year, the residential development was being maintained like never before and every owner of the houses and apartments were now paying their annual service charges. Mark has been involved in Property Management ever since.
Over the years, Mark could see that Property Management was becoming just another “industry“ for some people to generate extraordinary profits on the back of providing less than extraordinary services.
As a result, MUDs (Multi Unit Development Services) was born. The company now specialise in providing tailored management solutions to Residential Management Companies. With over thirty years management experience and over eighteen years experience in the business of providing property management services, MUDs are doing something very unique.
